Our global headquarters in Espoo, Finland serves as the base of operations that steers our entire organization. We also have an additional 35 offices spread throughout the Nordics. Each one provides a local connection point between our clients in the region and our delivery centers located around the world. 

Our Minneapolis office serves as our headquarters for both our U.S.-based team members and clients. It also provides a homebase when our colleagues from Bulgaria and Paraguay visit. Located on the eighth floor, we have a beautiful panoramic view of the city while our outdoor patio offers a space to soak up some sunshine. 

We’ve had a presence in Bulgaria since opening our first office in Sofia in 2006. We’ve since added four additional delivery centers in Plovdiv, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, and Ruse. Each is equipped with everything our team needs to produce quality work and relax during their downtime. Our team members have the freedom to work from any office they choose. 

Located in the beautiful capital city of Asunción, our MentorMate Paraguay office serves as the hub for our expansion into Latin America. It’s where our 100+ Paraguay team members call home and is outfitted with comfortable amenities like a courtyard, large BBQ grill, and outdoor karaoke wall to maximize its homely feel.

With deep expertise in banking and finance, healthcare, insurance, and more, our teams in India bring years of experience working in highly-regulated environments — and have the ISO certifications to prove it
